Hi Robin,
Thanks for all the information that you have posted on your blog..
One of my friends told me that the transcripts are directly sent to the foreign univeristy where we are intending to take up higher studies by the VTU and individuals are no way involved in it. Is it true? Or do we need to take the transcipts and send it to the university ourselves?
